Terrazza Solferino gives the opportunity to organize conventions, small meetings, work and company lunches and/or dinners, press conferences, receptions, parties and any other event requested, by renting three different conference rooms and/or the panoramic terrace, also according to the season.
The historic and prestigious Presidential Hall at Terrazza Solferino hosts a big work of art by Monica Selkisch, inspired to the cathedral-styled stained glass windows embellishing our headquarter, in addition to being indicated in all tourist guides as a place of artistic interest to visit in Turin. It is the ideal place to host representative meetings, press conferences, seminars, conventions, training courses, work lunches and BOD meetings. The hall has a flexible structure which can be adapted to the needs of each event and can accommodate up to 75-80 people.
The hall in via Confienza 19, which can accommodate up to 50 seats, is suitable for hosting training courses and/or simple work meetings; it is not suitable for disabled person as there is a staircase to go up in order to get there. Lastly, the small room on the ground floor in Via Davide Bertolotti, 7 which can accommodate up to 10-12 people, entirely refurbished in May 2017, is suitable for small meetings, round tables and/or training courses with a limited number of participants.
All rooms are equipped with a flat screen, video projector, laser pointer, note-taking folders, name tags, flipchart board, audio-stereo system, microphone system, Wi-Fi connection (100 MB), reception service (Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM), daily cleaning service, scanning, heating and air conditioning. Suitable for every specific and different need. Amplification systems can be installed upon request.
For an extra charge, a wet bar is available (providing coffee, cappuccino, hot tea and infusions, still and/or sparkling water and Coca-Cola) as well as a photocopy service (€0.15 per page), a deejay, a hostess service (present and available for the whole event) and a catering service. Thanks to the agreements with the best representatives of Turin cuisine, we use the best catering services in Turin, among which we can mention – merely as an example – Piemonte Catering by Paolo Favero, Bready Torino, Bar Norman and Bar Solferino, suitable for the necessities of every single event, with a wide range of solutions and dishes, without forgetting the typical tradition of Piedmont: wine, aperitif and sparkling wine.
According to the season, the wide terrace with its blooming flowers, partly covered, can be available to Clients of Terrazza Solferino for outdoor events: lessons, lunches, dinners, cocktails and parties.
Terrazza Solferino can organize the event in full, from planning to sending invitations, from managing a dedicated website to collecting registrations or, more simply, it can make its locations available for events organized by the Client.
