– Incoming paper mail receipt, forwarding or sorting, according to the directions provided. The mail in store can be picked up at the headquarter Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM or sent by post.
– A highly representative office always ready for meeting clients (for an extra charge but with a discount);
– Access, with pre-emptive right and discount, to our presidential convention center;
– Access to our wonderful panoramic terrace with its blooming flowers;
– The option to have a name plate to be shown in our board at the entrance of the building, with the name of your company. The cost for the name plate is €80.00 plus VAT per year for the first year (also including the manufacturing cost) and €20.00 plus VAT per year for the following years;
– The possibility to use one or more mailboxes on the domain terrazzasolferino.it with forwarding service to another email address provided by the client.
– NO registration, electricity, cleaning, heating and air conditioning costs.
The cost for the service is €175.00 plus VAT per month; if a virtual office service with registered office is requested, the cost is €200.00 plus VAT per month. Terrazza Solferino requires its Clients to pay the equivalent of a monthly fee (not subject to VAT) as a security deposit when signing the contract. However, if the Client wants to pay the yearly fee in a single instalment, Terrazza Solferino, in addition to giving away the equivalent of one monthly fee, does not request the security deposit.
