Terrazza Solferino offers a limited number of highly representative in-residence offices of various sizes which include from one to three work stations, one or two telephone lines, one or two cable-access high-speed 100 MB Internet (further access is available through Wi-Fi), with the possibility to print documents directly from your computer on a high-quality centralized printer. Each office is furnished with pieces coming from the best brands of contemporary Italian design, chosen, however, in such a way to integrate harmoniously with the original structure, therefore being highly representative. Each office is equipped with a triple electronic socket. Each office has the option of a personalized telephone number, with a centralized reception service which can receive and sort calls, mail and packages, available Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM (except, unless specifically agreed, the week of the 15th of August, the period from the 24th of December to the 6th of January included and midweek holidays). Upon request, the Client can also use mailboxes on the domain terrazzasolferino.it.
The offer also includes a daily cleaning service, heating and air conditioning. The contract is not subject to registration.
Differently from other centers, our relationship with the client is personal and – while the headquarter is equipped with anti-theft systems and security cameras in all communal areas – clients are provided with keys allowing the access to their office and basic services every day at every hour. The name of the client can be included, upon request, on the Terrazza Solferino board located at the entrance of the building, on a specific name plate. Contracts are flexible and adapted to the needs of each client. Office holders enjoy facilitations for the use of the presidential Hall and terrace for press conferences, courses, events and receptions. An affiliated public parking is available to use upon subscription.
